Keeping It Real Youth Ministry (KIRYM) exists to understand youth subculture and develop opportunities to empower young people within the context of that culture. The ministry seeks to provide opportunities which will encourage salvation between the ages 12-18 and exposure to an unlimited source of life skills for use throughout the rest of their lives.
Furthermore, KIRYM is committed:
- To being a physical as well as spiritual haven for youth in Nashville. Specifically,
strengthening the spiritual capacities and outward talents of youth in Nashville as they develop into young adults.
- To being a supportive resource for both youth and their families by providing helpful informational and inspirational resources.
- To being a center of hope where youth understand that Jesus Christ is the center of their joy and the Spirit that guides their lives.
- To being a model of mentoring where youth are mentored by church leaders and parishioners as they develop their walk with Christ.
